VAT refund (Tax-Free Shopping) at the airport

Travelers who made purchases in France may be eligible for a VAT refund under certain conditions. The tax refund can be granted to buyers who meet the following 3 conditions:

Be a resident outside of the European Union (at the time of purchase) or be visiting France for less than 6 months.
Be over 16 years old.
Make purchases totaling at least €100.

How to get your VAT refund?

1. Before checking in your luggage, scan your tax refund form (provided at the time of your purchase) at one of the Pablo kiosks in Terminal 1, Arrival level.

If the form is validated (green check), you're all set!

If not, present your goods at the Customs desk to get a stamp.

2. Once validated, you can request your cash refund at the Global Cash offices, located in Terminal 1, Arrival area or departure lounge.
Please note that GLOBAL CASH cannot process cash refunds through the Planet Tax Free operator if you are from Iran, North Korea, or Myanmar.
