The counters to be found at Lyon Airport

Some airlines do not have counters at Lyon Airport but are represented by ground handling companies.
Here you will find information about the airlines and the companies that will assist you with check-in, excess baggage management, and other services!

Airlines

Tunisair

The Tunisair counter is located on the 1st floor, next to check-in counter 11. It is only open during departures.

Here, you will find the ticketing service as well as a service for handling delays and cancellations. Excess baggage is managed by ALYZIA.

Air Algérie

Located on the 1st floor, between check-in counters 11 and 14, the Air Algérie counter is open only during departures.

You can handle your ticketing and flight irregularity issues there.

Turkish Airlines

The Turkish Airlines counter is located on the ground floor, check-in counter 10, at the far end of the terminal. It is open during departures.

You can handle ticketing and flight irregularity issues there.

Air France - KLM

The counter shared by Air France and KLM is located on the ground floor, check-in counter 10. It is open during departures and offers ticketing services, as well as assistance for same-day flight ticket changes.

Information about Flying Blue Miles is not available on-site and must be checked on the Flying Blue website.

Ground Handling Companies

Some airlines do not have counters but are represented by ground handling companies that manage their services at the airport!

ALYZIA

Located on the 1st floor, between check-in counters 11 and 14, ALYZIA handles excess baggage for the airlines TUNISAIR, CORSAIR, TRANSAVIA, and ROYAL AIR MAROC.

If a passenger needs information for one of these airlines and there is no representative present, ALYZIA will be the point of contact to liaise between the passenger and the airline.

ONET

The ONET service is located on the 1st floor, between check-in counters 11 and 14, for flights departing from Terminal 1. Another ONET office is available at Terminal 2 for flights departing from that terminal.

If you have a request for an airline assisted by ONET and no airline representative is present, ONET staff will act as a liaison between you and the airline.

AVIA PARTNER

The AVIA PARTNER counter is also located on the 1st floor, between check-in counters 11 and 14. It handles excess baggage for AIR ALGERIE and offers ticketing services only for same-day departures, up to 4 hours before departure, if seats are still available, for the airlines TAP, AIR ARABIA, AIR TRANSAT, and NORWEGIAN.
