The Lost and Found service will be exceptionally closed from september 23 to september 27. Thank you for your understanding.

Items are kept for 3 months, except foodstuffs and for ID documents, which are sent one month later to the relevant government departments.
Passengers who have lost an item in the aircraft must firstly contact their airline before declaring their loss online. The deposit is free but the service is charged at the rate of €9 in case we find your lost item.

The procedures are to be done on the Internet with our partner YesWeFound (France Objets Trouvés).

We have found
your item

If we have already found your item, you will be directly informed.

We have found your item few days after

You will receive an email
to inform you.

How to retrieve your item

If you receive a confirmation email, you can follow the instructions to retrieve your item from Monday to Friday from 9am to 11.30am and from 12pm to 16.30pm.

The object is returned directly to your address.
