Items are kept for 3 months, except for ID documents, which are sent one month later to the relevant government departments.
Passengers who have lost an item in the aircraft must firstly contact their airline before declaring their loss online. The deposit is free but the service is charged at the rate of 9e in case we find your lost item.
Directly at the Espace Welcome from 06.00 to 18.00 at the airport

If you have found an item during your visit at Lyon Airport, please hand-it over to a member of staff, or stop by our Lost Property Office, open Monday to Sunday, from 8am to 4pm.
