The Lost and Found service will be exceptionally closed from 23/05/2026 to 15/06/2026 included.

You have lost an item?

If you have left an item on board the aircraft (excluding checked baggage) and are traveling with Air France, please contact the airline first.

For all other airlines, you can file a report online with our service provider, France Objets Trouvés.

Items are held for 3 months, except for food items, which are disposed of immediately.
IDs are returned to the relevant authorities after one month.
Submitting a report is free of charge. If we find your lost item, a €9 handling fee will apply when the item is returned.

If we have already found your item, we will notify you immediately.

Pick up your item

If you have received a confirmation email, follow the instructions to pick up your item
By appointmentMonday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM (except on holidays)

or
By mail (at your expense)

You have found an item ?

If you have found an item during your visit at Lyon Airport, please hand-it over to a member of our staff.
