If you have left something behind or lost an item on an Air France flight, please contact the airline's lost and found service.

If you leave something behind or lose an item on board an aircraft operated by one of these airlines, you can file a online filing through our partner Troov.

If you leave something behind or lose an item on board an aircraft operated by any other airline, you can file this form of our partner Dirby.

Have you forgotten or lost a checked bag? Contact your airline, which will take the necessary steps to locate your bag.

Storage of Lost and Found Items & Fees

Items are retained for 3 months, except for food items, which are destroyed immediately.
Identification documents are returned to the relevant government agencies after one month.

Posting an ad is free. If we find your lost item, a €12 processing fee will apply when the item is returned.

Fill out the form online

If we have already found your item, you will be notified immediately.

Pick up your item

Follow the instructions in the confirmation email and retrieve your item :
- By appointment Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except on holidays)

- Or by mail (at your expense)
