Self-service wheelchairs available for passengers at Lyon Airport

Do you have difficulty getting around or need a wheelchair once you arrive at the airport? Use the "Wheelchair Self-Service "* service and stay independent!

Lyon Airport offers you this new service located at the PHMR reception point in the public area of Terminal 1.

To benefit from the service, you must:

Reserve assistance with your airline when you purchase your ticket
Confirm your presence to the airline upon arrival
Present yourself to the PHMR reception staff

Then move freely and in full autonomy at the airport from your arrival until boarding. This new service is offered to facilitate your trip.

*This service is available if you are accompanied by a person traveling with you and able to assist you.
