Loyalty programme

Pegasus Plus, the airline’s individual loyalty programme, let you earn and accumulate points on flights and additional services. Any passenger over the age of 18 can become a Pegasus Plus member.

Points earned through the Pegasus Plus loyalty programme can be used to:

• Get discounted plane tickets.
• Book the flight of your choice, without availability restrictions;
• Access additional services: choose your seat, purchase additional baggage allowance, pre-order meals, etc.
• Pay airport taxes.

Pegasus Plus points can be earned throughout the year. You earn 2% in points at the end of each flight.

To join the programme, all you need is your phone number! No need for a card, user code or membership number.

Baggage

Pegasus Airlines applies the legal regulations in force concerning baggage.
The restrictions on Pegasus Airlines flights concerning the weight, size and number of bags are as follows:

For business class (Essentials, Advantage and Extra fares)

• Number of pieces of free hand luggage allowed on board: 1;
• Dimensions of free hand luggage allowed on board: 20x40x55 cm;
• Weight of free hand luggage allowed on board: 8 kg;
• Free checked baggage allowance on international flights: 20 kg for Essentials and Advantage and 25 kg for the Extra fare;
• The following items can be brought on board at no extra cost: a laptop, baby food, a travel cot, a bag of shopping purchased at Duty Free.

• Number of pieces of free hand luggage allowed on board: 1;
• Dimensions of free hand luggage allowed on board: 20x40x55 cm;
• Weight of free hand luggage allowed on board: 8 kg;
• Excess baggage fees for hand luggage: €50 per bag over the limit;
• The following items can be brought on board at no extra cost: a laptop, baby food, a travel cot, a bag of shopping purchased at Duty Free.
