Loyalty programme


Pegasus Plus, the airline’s individual loyalty programme, let you earn and accumulate points on flights and additional services. Any passenger over the age of 18 can become a Pegasus Plus member.

Points earned through the Pegasus Plus loyalty programme can be used to:

  • Get discounted plane tickets.
  • Book the flight of your choice, without availability restrictions;
  • Access additional services: choose your seat, purchase additional baggage allowance, pre-order meals, etc.
  • Pay airport taxes.

Pegasus Plus points can be earned throughout the year. You earn 2% in points at the end of each flight.

To join the programme, all you need is your phone number! No need for a card, user code or membership number.

Services on board


Pegasus Airlines offers a selection of services to give passengers a pleasant, comfortable and safe flight:

  • Delicious food from Pegasus Cafe. In addition to classic dishes, passengers can choose special meals (low calorie, non lactose, gluten free, nut free, low salt, vegetarian, diabetic, etc.)
  • Pegasus Flex: this option lets you make any changes up to two hours before the flight
  • Infants from 8 days to 24 months are charged a baby fare and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above
  • Children from 3 to 7 years old are charged a child’s fare and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above
  • Children from 7 to 13 years old can travel alone (except on connecting flights) provided that they follow the procedure for unaccompanied children
  • Visually-impaired passengers can travel with their guide dog in the cabin at no additional cost
  • Passengers who have selected Advantage or Extra fares can choose their seat
  • Make changes for free and get refunds with the Extra fare.
