Program Miles & More is a loyalty scheme for individual, frequent travellers. Participants have the opportunity to earn miles with 300+ non-airline partners and for flights with LOT Polish Airlines, Star Alliance airlines and other partner airlines, and subsequently redeem them against airline tickets, upgrades, Business Lounge entries and many other rewards.

Destination ECO

LOT Polish Airlines is implementing a policy for social responsibility with its Destination ECO project, keeping in mind the growing importance of pro-environmental attitudes worldwide and the passenger expectations.

Four main eco goals:

•    The search for alternative, sustainable aviation fuels and projects compensating for CO2 emissions.
•    Reduction of CO2 emissions.
•    Reduced use of objects made of non-biogradable materials and recycling.
•    Support for activities aimed at nature conservation.

LOT Polish Airlines continue to improve fleet and optimize air operations:

•    Replacing fleet with modern and cost-effective aircraft.
•    Optimization the routing of flights through the use of modern software and investment in technology for data analysis and flight planning.
•    Using external sources of energy in airports (GPU) instead of using fuel (APU).
•    After landing, aircraft complete taxiing on one engine.
