Accessibility Statement
Lyon Airports is committed to making its mobile applications accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.
To this end, Lyon Airports is currently establishing a multi-annual scheme.
This accessibility statement applies to the iOS and Android mobile applications.
Compliance Status
The ADL app (Lyon Aéroport) is partially compliant with standard EN-301-549-V3.2.1.
Test Results
An accessibility audit conducted by Atipik SA revealed that:
- 57% of the criteria of the European standard EN-301-549-V3.2.1 are met.
Non-Accessible Content
The following content is not accessible for the reasons outlined below:
Non-compliance
- Informative images and icons lack appropriate text alternatives; existing alt texts are for decorative images only.
- The app does not adapt to different phone orientations (e.g., landscape mode).
- Input purposes are not clearly indicated.
- Contrast ratios between text and background do not meet the minimum requirement (4.5:1).
- When text is zoomed, content may become fragmented.
- Character spacing can break layout and content structure.
- Keyboard traps may exist, hindering user navigation.
- Screen reader focus may not follow a logical reading order.
- Some links and buttons do not clearly indicate changes in context or have identical labels.
- Form fields may not be properly associated with their labels.
- Instructions for completing certain form fields are incomplete or missing.
- Error handling and guidance could be improved.
- Component names and roles are not consistently provided.
- Status messages and context changes are not always announced by screen readers.
