Launch of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program at Lyon Airport

This initiative allows passengers with invisible disabilities (autism, cognitive disorders, chronic illnesses, etc.) to discreetly signal their needs to airport staff.

Passengers can pick up the sunflower lanyard for free and without any documentation at the information point or at the PHMR areas in Terminal 1.
By wearing it, they subtly inform airport teams that they may need extra time, clear explanations, or special attention. Our specially trained staff will be there to assist them and make their journey easier!
