Sundor offers the following services:

Scheduled Flights – Sundor specializes in scheduled flights to seasonal leisure destinations within a 6-hour flight range. These flights are available through global distribution systems, accessible on the EL AL website, and can be easily combined with EL AL flights. EL AL frequent flyer program members can also earn points on these Sundor flights.

Charter Flights – Sundor also offers charter flights, which can be purchased through travel wholesalers and agencies. Please note that charter flights cannot be booked directly on the EL AL website. For more information on the differences between scheduled and charter flights, please inquire.

Special Flights – Sundor arranges special flights tailored to the unique requirements and needs of businesses and organizations, including sports teams, corporate trips, anniversaries, and more.

Baggage
 

Hand Luggage

Passengers flying with EL AL can bring a personal item into the cabin (handbag, laptop bag, duty-free purchases, etc.), regardless of their ticket. For carry-on baggage, the rules vary depending on the ticket type:

  • Economy Class (Lite and Classic): Only one carry-on bag is allowed, with a maximum weight of 8 kg.
  • Economy Class (Flex): Two carry-on bags are allowed, but the total weight must not exceed 12 kg.
  • Premium and Business Classes: Passengers may bring two carry-on bags, with a total weight of 12 kg in Premium and 20 kg in Business.
     

Checked Baggage

The weight and number of checked bags vary depending on the class and ticket type:

  • Economy Class (Lite): One 23 kg bag can be added for an additional fee.
  • Economy Class (Classic and Flex): One 23 kg bag is included in the ticket price.
  • Premium Class: Two 23 kg bags are included.
  • Business Class: Two 32 kg bags are included.


For all ticket types, it is possible to pre-book up to 5 checked bags of 23 kg each, under certain conditions.

Additional fees apply for special baggage, such as sports equipment or musical instruments.
