No more stress for parents before departure!

On the eve of the end-of-year vacation season, Lyon Airport is launching its new Familliz service.

This family journey designed by VINCI Airports in Lyon has been imagined to facilitate and enrich the experience of families according to their needs before their big departure from our airport.
Familliz allows for a serene, practical and enjoyable family trip.

Dedicated security checkpoints

During school vacations, an agent will welcome you at the security checkpoint and guide you through the rest of the journey.

Strollers at your disposal

Free service available inside the departure terminal, available in the boarding area after passing through security control, upstream from the AELIA store.

Playground or entertainment areas

Babyfoots and field hockey games are available before boarding; animations during school vacations to make the waiting time more pleasant and fun.

Products and menus dedicated to children

Enjoy it in all the shops and restaurants.

Nurseries available 7 days a week

In every terminal...and baby products kits available free of charge in case your flight delays or gets cancelled.

Medical center open 7 days a week

For small or big injuries, the medical center is open from 8am to 10pm.

The Teen Familliz service takes care of your teenager

You're the parent of a teenager who takes a flight from Lyon Airport but you can't make the round trip to accompany them? Our new Familliz Teen service is there for you! Familliz is for parents with a child over 11 years old. A dedicated staff will facilitate your child's journey from his arrival at Lyon Airport to his final destination.
